Had to reset my password a few days ago. Had to reset the connection on my laptop to get it to work after that, it now works. Can't get the phone to connect at all. I've deleted the network, restarted the phone, put in the new credentials, everything I can think of, even reset the password again trying to make it work.
Helpdesk suggested I bring the phone to them. Before making the trip over there figured I'd ask y'all for help.
I've confirmed my netid and password are correct and the network is set up as below on the phone:
EAP Method: PEAP
Phase 2 Authentication: None
CA Certificate: Unspecified
User Certificate: Unspecified
Identity: [netid]
Anonymous Identity: blank
Password: [password]
will not connect, just keeps cycling trying to connect and draining my battery. Any tips on what I can try?
