wifi tether quit working.

I have been trying all morning to get this to work. It has been working fine for months. It was working fine last night. I have not installed any new apps or updated any apps since last night. Today I can connect to the computer, but cannot get the Internet. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, even tried a different version. Nothing I try seems to work. Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Make sure you didn't lose root. There is an app somewhere that checks it for you. I was having same problem and installed newest version and now it's working. Also battery pull might help.

I am running wifi tether 2.0.7. I will try the updated version. I have tried the battery pull and it didn't help. I still have root according to titanium backup. I don't know if that is a good program to use though.

New app didn't work. I get the same message. 'You are connected to the access point, but the Internet cannot be found. '

The app is called root check on Google play. Try it.

After uninstalling and re-installing, then a battery pull. All works well.
