No Internet Access on Wifi Tether

So I just got a another RAZR two days ago (headphone jack problem with first), I got the 181 update this morning and rooted no problem. My problem is when i try to use wifi tether, I connect on the computer, but can't get any internet access.

I've tried Open Garden, Barnacle, and FoxFi, all the same thing. Computer connects fine to the phone, but there is no internet access.

Any suggestions?

Android wifi tether works for me, I have never had great luck with FoxFi on my phone. But the wifi tether is great, have to do a Google search for it not in the Play Store.
