Wifi only updates

Having weird problem, on ALL updates from the market it pops up a triangle and says I must update over wifi, a lot of these are small apps, like gosms, and this problem is a pain in the ass

Had someone with the same issue using the Bionic and it was the Data Saver setting.

Settings|Battery & Data Manager| Uncheck Data Saver.
If you click the exclamation mark next to Market, it describes what you're seeing.
