WiFi keeps turning on

Three days in a row I turn the WiFi off with the power widget and three days in a row I wake up in the morning with almost no battery and the WiFi has turned itself back on. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've been noticing it come on when I could have sworn I turned it off too! I haven't really been tracking the circumstances, so i'm not totally sure, but I think there may be some weird bug, or a system app that is activating it.

The same thing is happening to my daughter's D3.....wifi keeps turning on all by itself for no reason. This is already her second D3 which she has only a week. First one lost 3G signal and could not get it back even after factory reset....still no data access. They sent her this replacement one a week ago and now this wifi issue keeps happening. Looks like I will have to call and get another replacement I guess.
