Wifi error issue - do I need to replace?

I'm having the issue where my wifi won't start up, I just get an error. I love the phone other than that issue. Will this be fixed as a bug, or should I be returning this for a replacement before my 14 days is up?

i returned my first bionic that did that. they looked at it and was like oh yeah lets get a new one for you

Just went in to the vzw store, and it needs to be returned. Hardware problem. Boo. So answer seems to be yes
