Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues

Just bought a new Razr Maxx today. Great phone except that it doesnt recognize Wi-Fi at all. What can i do? Do i take it to Verizon?

from one studly charlie to another, can you give us more info? i'm assuming you have wifi turned on in the settings. is your network showing up in the list? are any networks showing up on the list when you scan? is the SSID of your network hidden?
