Wi-fi problem

Dewed

Member
I have a Thunderbolt that stopped connecting to my wi-fi. I've had it for like 6 months with no problems. It was connecting fine, but all of a sudden quit. I know the password. My other devices are connecting. So I know it's not my router. It connects to other wi-fi's.

It just sits there saying Obtaining IP address

I don't think I can take it to Verizon, cause I bought it thru ebay. The phone part isn't activated. I'm just using it as a wi-fi device.

Any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

i have not had this problem but my wife has .. i ended up doing a factory reset which did work . might reboot router before hand . i have heard that fixes the problems toggle wifi on and off

weird .. maybe someone who knows something about routers can help you out i know on transformer prime a lot of people have to do something to router .. maybe this is the problem

I figured it out. My router had reverted back to the default password. My ISP had me change it once.

Thanks for trying Justin
