Why so bitter???

I've been very happy with my recent purchase of my S3, I've enjoyed talking about it with others, but some iPhone5 owners are very bitter when I talk about it....LOL!!!!

I just find it funny and was wondering if others are going through this as well??

I tell them, "don't worry, apple will make an announcement that the iPhone5 was a mistake and call this phone the iPhone4s2. IPhone5 will be out in 6 months"

Yeah I have been battling with my buddy about the S3 vs. the Iphone4s2.

Its been pretty funny actually. He is claiming the iphone 5 has 0 problems. When he told me that I lol'd for like 10 mins. Says the S3 has a widespread problem with battery life, Overheating and the screen breaks to easily. I also lol'd for like 10 mins with that and then showed him i was at 25 hours with mine.

He also said they did a test and dropped an iPhone4s2 and S3 on a brick from 6 feet in the air and the S3 shattered while the ifail didnt. Then i lol'd at that for about 3 mins and told him that droid casino was a rugged phone if thats what he really cares about.


needless to say we went off for a few hours and at the end I could tell he was getting very frustrated but wouldn't back down. So I guess for that I can give him some credit.

I had a co-worker who would always underhandedly try to show off his iPhone. I remember when he was asking other iPhone users if they knew how to take screen shots, just going from one person to the other. Little stuff like that. Maybe you had to be there, but you could tell there was a deeper, more sinister motive. I sat there in silence and he probably assumed I was jealous, but just for the hell of it I took a screen shot on my Rezound while he was talking. Then I underhandedly mentioned a few of my customization options in a room of mostly iPhoners....silence.

Lol!!!! Yup.....sounds bitter. You should have brought up how the iPhone4s2 are coming already scratched in the package. The metal material scratches easily....

First and foremost, I think you guys are doing a great job! I thoroughly enjoy this forum.

But, if you read my initial thread, I'm commenting on my S3 and reactions from iPhone4s2 owners. You have over 8k post, so I assume you know what the deal is. Many are talking about the comparison and consumer reaction on Phonedog, CNET, pocketnow, phone arena, etc.

So maybe, I should have worded the title different. Should of been moved? Absolutely not......

Just my 2cents bro, so please don't take it the wrong way. Like I said, AWESOME JOB!!! I have an ego, so that's the reason for my reply....Im the Charles Barkley of Droid forum...lol/jk.

Make sure you're under contract. I don't want to see replacement moderators on here..Hahahahahaha!!!

All I hear are people complaining about the new connector and having to get a new case.

One of my friends went from the maxx to the 5, he hates it unless he's around the icrowd, then he loves it. Status symbol to the befuddled yuppies, I guess.
