why do my widgets and wallpaper keep reseting?

i'm running UD 2.5.0. whenever i power off then restart my moto droid 1, my digital clock widget and mixzing widget have problems. my facebook, youtube, setcpu, etc. widgets are fine though. also, my wallpaper keeps reseting to the default UD wallpaper. any idea whats wrong?

yes just found out they are. i checked apps2sd before but it was in the phone only section. reinstalling and rebooting to check now.
