why can i not power on my D2 while plugged into usb?????

from the time it was new stock phone if it is plugged in to the chager or usb while turned off if you try to turn it on it dont power on it brings up some bootloader screen that say usb batt ok
you have to unplug the phone to power it on


i was just wondering if all D2s do this if there is a simple work around ?

I just checked with my D2. It powers up when Plugged into wall charger or the computer.

Mine also first comes up with info about the battery.

Just hold the power button longer and it skips that.

I press once. Wait for battery graphic. Press once - back off. Press & Hold until the "M" (or whatever custom boot image you might have).

I have had intermittent but user error in powering up from: off, plug in, press & hold - which typically, irregardless of time holding, will just display the battery graphic.
