phone stuck in middle or update?

phone stuck in middle of update? HELP

so i have my ohone plugged into the usb on my computer to charge while at work... i got the pop up asking me to update so i say install now... it powers off and then when it comes back on it says...

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB

now its just stuck on this screen doing nothing for about 20 minutes now... looking on verizons site it seems this is not the normal upgrade sequence... anyone else have this happen? what do i do? i tried to unplug the USB and all it say is Transfer mode: reconnect USB...?

nevermind... got tired of waiting so i unplugged it and shut it down... when i fired it back up while not being plugged into the laptop it started going through the sequence described on the verizon site... :icon_ banana:
