Which CacheMate Caches Should I Save?

Should I just get rid of all my caches automatically? What settings do you recommend? Should I use auto-clear, and how frequently?

I would still want my gmail and email inboxes to be available, my current podcasts available, my app settings saved, my Mabilo ringtones to remain, along with my zip code settings, my Pandora settings, and my Applied Task Killer settings. Are these deleted when caches are cleared?

i clear EVERYTHING all the time and nothing is bothered in anything you mentioned in your second paragraph

EDIT: i even wrote the dev about xscope not clearing and he added it right away. just fyi if you have a program you don't want to manually clear.
