I love Power Amp. It has a very good equalizer. I bought the full version I liked it so much...Mood Agent is a lot of fun too. You arrange the sliders to match your mood and it chooses music to match that. Works best if you have a lot of music on the phone...

PowerAmp is my preference -- it's definitely worth paying for the upgrade version. MixZing's pretty good, too.

download album art, and change album art on the fly
tag editor
looks very nice in landscape and portrait
great widgets
add a song so that it will play next in a playlist.
playlists on the fly (pretty common but worth noting)

all those make power amp one of the best music players on the market

double twist is also pretty solid as is mix zing.
