whats making my rom fall apart

I keep getting "android.proccess.media stopped" popping up..what does this mean?
And "systemui" stopped. That's when my notification pull down bar disappears as well as my battery and time.

My camera even says sd card full when I have 6.4 gb free...even my internal storage has only a quarter % used.
And the icon's on my nav bar have disappeared to.

I flashed the new aokp rom and an old gapps and it was non responsive

a mismach of apks and your framework if you mean you ware making a rom. if you ware installing it probally needs a factory reset before you install the rom.
