What the hell is it with Adroid browsers!!

I just installed fresh versions of Dolphin, and Chrome Beta.

I noticed that Chrome uses 35 mb of ram while active, and the cpu always ranges from 0-1%.

Dolphin however, uses 60 mb when active, and has a constant CPU usage of 15%-30%!! And thats even with sonar and flash completely off! Even if i have only one tab open and nothing is loading, it still is using all that cpu! What the hell is it using all that cpu power for?!

Also, how the heck is dolphin so much smoother and lag free when scrolling, yet Chrome is kinda jerky, even though Chrome is using way less ram and resources?

Please help answer these?!

I haven't payed any attention to the RAM use on any of my apps but one explanation for the difference would be if you have Flash Player installed as Chrome doesn't support it and the most recent Dolphin does. If performance is the big issue and you want/need Flash support try Puffin, Next or Lightning browsers.
