What size should images for the wallpaper be?

I'm looking for a University of Akron Logo background for my wallpaper.. What size do I need it to be to appear properly on my x? Thanks all.

also, I noticed lately my chrome to phone isnt working, does it stop working in custom roms?

How do you get pictures to fill the entire screen , without that box( that crops it) . Should the pictures be resized to a smaller picture so when the box appear its in the box?

I use an app called Crop Wallpaper. It has an option to place the entire image on the screen
