what is Set wallpaper (2.0+) PLEASE HELP

I just noticed i have a new option when setting a wallpaper unfortunately I have no idea what it does or where it is supposedly saving the images after i size them.It isn't setting any of them as the new wallpaper so what is it and what does it do.

noticed the same thing on my mt4g, googled and came across your thread. im interested as well in knowing what this is. did you happen to install regina launcher recently?

no I use Zeam launcher, I am also trying out the mock 7 launcher
