What phone were you using previously?

Looks like most of us came from BB. I'm currently on my BB, but going back to droid. I miss that phone way too much.

I came from an iPhone. I like my droid so much more... and now my friend is always asking to use my phone. (she also mentions how she likes my new phone alot more than my old one, i feel the same way )

i came from a Samsung Omnia i910 winmo 6.1. i spent the entire time i had it trying to like it but it was just not going to happen. droid does... hahaa

Dumb Phone...lol...Mine was a window licker on the short bus...
Some little black cricket Samsung thing...not even a cam on it..just made calls and sent txts...had it because of unlimited calling & txts for under $50 - which is great when you spend your life on the phone
Surprisingly it lasted longer than the more expensive phones I've bought...

Hopefully the Droid holds up to my performance/travel use and abuse...it's doing well so far

Hell, I was using a LG Dare. It's gonna take me months to learn how to use my new DROID. Yeah baby.

I'm coming from the Dare to the droid. Dare was a good phone. I liked that the screen wasn't as fragile and everything was straight forward. I like the camera on the dare better, It works better in dim places, not as likely to blur, but the Droid is great. It's a little pocket computer that I can even control and see my home computer remotely if needed. It does so much more. Just wish it had the snap dragon processor in it.

Moved from a Touch Pro. So glad to be off of WM. Don't know why I thought the phone OS would be better than the desktop/server OS, but after having to reboot once a day to make it useable, I learned the error of my ways.

my Droid replaced an Audiovox CDM-8600. seen here: Audiovox CDM-8600 (Verizon Wireless) Cell Phone reviews - CNET Reviews i had an LG Choclate but i broke it and instead of paying the deductible i just used my old phone that i luckily kept and just waited for my new every two and got the droid. amazing how times have changed, Cnet loved the audiovox 6 years ago. the Droid is my 1st smartphone and i love it.
