What is the icon that is a diamond with a cross in the middle with 3 bars to the right side? Just to the left of the 3G icon

This is on a verizon galaxy tab with 2.2

Location On: Displays when Location service(s) are active. I got this from the manual online.

Thanks, I couldn't find the symbol in the manuals I was looking at. Which one did you use?

And now that I know what it is, would this be for tracking? like a company tracking an associate? I'm just curious since it is a company issued device.
