Strange icon

I have an icon that I do not know what it is on the status bar (right side). I looks like a underlined w with a half circle over it.

No, already viewed the manual. I is like a w with a ) on top. Went by the Vn store and they did not either. I am scared it may do something.

Now, I looked with magnifier, the top looks like a phone handset over the w.

when i get a phone call my unlock button faces up and my vibrate button faces down :icon_eek:
