Hey there LA...... Yup I rooted it Saturday. Took 12 hours cuz my computer, sdk and adb did not want to play nice. Hahahahaha I haven't been here much cuz I have been over at the TB sister forum getting things going there. But I am anxiously awaiting a good rom with Cakes RR on it!!!!!
Sweet! Omg@ 12 hours. Yea, I got stuck with mine too. Cakes got one of her geek squad buddies to help me remotely. Lol I guess I need to mosey on over to Thunderbolt forums and check it out. ;-)

Alrighty I need a bit of assistance.. cakes knows already of my issue but it still isn't working.. DROID DOES is just trying to get one of my pulldowns onto his TB. He's running the bamf rom (I think) and the hdpi folders have the stupid -v4 on them. I decompiled his framework-res and deleted the v4 but it just bootlooped him... we've tried every possible method with metamorph and zipthemer but still poop happens... he's gonna try just using ninja morph and replacing the status_bar_backgrounds and see if that does it... if anyone knows anything about this, please let me or him know. I don't own a TB or else I could test all night but I don't wanna keep blind theming it and have him restore over and over... thanks

I am also using bamf. I took all the pngs I wanted from another rom and pasted them into the drawable hdpi folder and flashed it as I would normally. I didn't unzip the rom not sure if it makes a difference. Worked for me the only problem I had was black on black in the options menu. Still haven't figured out how to change the text

just used the same method to port this theme and once again my only my problem is the bob in the option menu. anyone know how to change the text to white?

I've been trying to remove that white cross target icon on my fiancee's phone too. Where is the thread/post at the xda? Been trying forever to remove this icon on the status bar.

The trouble is that the rom i started theming this on was one of the first made for the bolt. Of course i'm going to port it to another one but can't decide which one. i don't want to port to all until everything is polished.
We have:
Das Bamf
Bolted
Perfect Storm
Liquid Thundersense
I'm thinking i'm going to go with Das Bamf but i'd like some input. I'd like to start a poll but in the past i've found it useless. There are too many ppl that use my theme that won't even say hi, how are ya, thanks....blah blah blah, let alone vote on a rom even though they're going to have to use whatever i theme in the end. I got 6 comments on 174 downloads of the Rockin' Rainbows LP. I NEED SOME INPUT IF I"M GOIN TO RELEASE A THEME. I don't want to port it then have 100 ppl join and complain they'd use it but they want it on blah blah blah rom. I actually deleted the Rockin' Rainbows skin thread becuz of the lack of input.

P.S. If anyone feels like starting a poll so i can get the motivation to get it done and release....feel free. Maybe someone besides me will get some feedback/votes. I have it on my bolt :rofl3:
