Weird charging problem! Help please!

This has been happening for a few weeks now. Most of the time when I plug my phone it doesn't say its charging and disconnects and disconnects and disconnects unless I have it set in the perfect place so it'll charge but if I move it a little sometimes it'll discconnect its really annoying. Is it the charger or my phone?? please help!

I haven't tried another one. Car charger works fine if that helps? I will try another one tom. What if it does the same thing on the other charger?
