Battery HELP!!

Hey guys, When I plug my fascinate into my charger, wall or computer it will automatically say fully charged. Sometimes it'll charge for five minutes but then it says fully charged disconnect. Should I go in to verizon and get a new battery or has someone had this happen and knows what to do?

Are you using a different charger than the one that came with the phone? This happens to me sometimes, but only when I use the car charger I bought for it, which isn't a Verizon charger, or Samsung.
