Week old droid

Alright so,

I got my D2 (as you guys seem to call it) one week from tomorrow. And it sort of seems to be laging and not to my liking. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing phone. But I just need to know if there's anything to do to maybe make it faster, or smoother, or all around cooler.

check out launcher pro. its a home replacement app but its a lot smoother than the stock launcher. A lot of users on here use it.
