On trying to connect to web pages, why does my Galaxy Nexus (and my wife's Galaxy S-III) NOT CONNECT and shows either "Web Page Not Available" or a blank, white screen? This often happens at least 5 times daily on each of our phones, not allowing connection to ANY web pages. Then, usually within 30 minutes, connection is accomplished. Other days, connecting attempts are almost always immediately successful. All connection attempts are from locations with strong cell signals. Thanks.
