Weather Channel App locations bug

I have a Pantech P8000 and use a Weather Channel app. I want to delete specific locations that have been saved within the app. The instructions direct me to open the app and choose Manage Locations. This does not exist. How can I successfully delete locations from my Weather app? Thanks for any help.

There is a brand new version of this app. Have you upgraded to the current version? It treats locations differently. They also got rid of the hourly forecast, which was my favorite feature.
