Anyone using Goodlink/Good Enterprise Server needs to make sure Verizon provisions it properly on their system. None of the reps with whom I have spoken are aware that in addition to the corporate $45 rate, Verizon also needs to add provisioning for Good Messenger (or something similarly named). If that is not turned on then your Goodlink connection will either not connect at all, or will regularly fail even if it does connect. When you call Verizon make them search their FAQ database for "Good" or "goodlink"; instructions are in their system if they actually look for them.
