Want to set gallery default to sort alphabetically (is that too much to ask?)

At least before the upgrade, there was a setting to do this each time I opened the Gallery.

Now, it's harder to deal with & have been unable to find a way (is it possible?) to do this sorting

Would LOVE to have alpha sorting as the default!
