Reboot the phone. This will take some time; don't worry about it. Or you can skip this step but I've found it helps prevent some minor issues. If you choose to skip it, install the app pack and then reboot. If you choose to boot, wait a few minutes; first bootup will be slow.

Assuming you decided to boot first, allow the phone to finish booting then reboot into recovery. The option should be available with the new "reboot" menu option. If not, reboot and hold the X. Once you get into recovery install the app pack and reboot. Once you're done rebooting this time you'll need to sign back in. Your apps should start downloading almost immediately.

How long does the first boot up normally take? It is still at the moto M screen.

It should only take a few minutes, but it should spend most of the time on the CyanogenMod boot animation.

Did you tell RZRecovery to wipe all or did you go through and wipe every last option given?

Then that shouldn't have affected things -- wipe all shouldn't wipe OUT the boot sector. Which method did you try to use to install the ROM/apps? All-at-once or one-at-a-time?

Okay. Pull the battery, wait 30 seconds, reboot into recovery, reinstall the ROM file, try to reboot. If we still have problems we'll try something else.

Alright. Very weird. Did you get any error messages/did it say flashing complete/are you sure you're flashing the ROM file and not the app pack/RZRecovery update.zip?

Its the ROM file, it said welcome to cyanogenmod

Get back into recovery, go to the mount options, enable USB Mass Storage, then on your computer right-click on the file you're flashing and tell me how big it is. I want to make sure it's not a corrupted download.

This is weird. Alright, go to the wipe menu and wipe system, wipe data, then reinstall the ROM again. If it won't take this time we'll look at flashing your backup back on and starting again.
