Want a COMPLETE wipe of phone Droid Incredible

Ok just trying to make this as simple as possible. What I'm wanting is to basically completely format my phone. No pics saves, no apps, no anything. I have everything i want (pictures, music, contacts) backed up and want to completely wipe my phone because it is becoming super slow the more i change ROMs and redo things on it. I am familiar with rooting and how ClockWork Recovery works. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Are you currently rooted? Unrooting following the instructions in the tutorial linked in my sig should accomplish what you want- a complete wipe.
