Wallpaper out of focus in JB.

I was recently updated to JB 4.1.2. for unrelated reasons, I had to do a factory reset. My previously crystal-clear wallpaper is now so out of focus the image is nearly unidentifiable. Turns out any image from my gallery does that now. Plus, the new wallpaper selection process is awkward. How can I get my original clear image back? Thanks for your help.

I had that happen to me and found that unless you make the window bigger when setting a gallery wallpaper, you will get a blurry wallpaper...you have to increase the size of selection window
