w/RAZR Maxx & it's BIG battery success why aren't more phones using it?

It makes no sense that other phones, current and up and coming, are not employing the same cavernous battery the Maxx is using.

For example. Motorola is coming out with a new phone, the Dinara which has great specs... But with a whopping 1780mAh battery. Why on earth?

The RAZR Maxx proves they can incorporate a large battery in a small space.

Quad cores, 5" screens, 20GB ram, free atm withdrawals, autographed CPUs, free tickets to the Olympics who cares if there isn't ample power to keep it all running.

My assumption is that they still have to cater somewhat to those who swear by removeable batteries. Like I literally had a discussion with someone on these forums about how he preferred to have 5 extra batteries than one big non-removeable one.

It makes zero sense to me why you can't just have a non-removeable battery that is twice as large as the next biggest stock battery, charge it at night while you sleep, and love your life. But this guy insisted that he preferred carrying around 5 extras. Aside from that insanity, i've wondered the same thing that you've brought up here.
