VZW Pipeline: 4G, Physical Keyboard, 2.3?

Hey all! Original Droid owner here. I am just wondering if there is anything upcoming on Verizon that meets the above? I don't consider 4G a big deal, but at this point it seems silly to upgrade to a phone that doesn't support it. Physical keyboard is a must for me. And Android 2.3! What's with all these companies releasing 2.2 devices when 2.3 is already out and has been for a while? Makes no sense to me.

The physical keyboard seems the biggest problem. It seems to me they are just starting to disappear entirely, especially across high end Android phones. Sure, the HTC Merge is coming, but it is mid-range at best, and really barely better than the Droid 1.

The Droid 3 is rumored, although it will supposedly be 3G. I'm hoping that it becomes real, has a better keyboard, perhaps a 4 inch screen with higher resolution, faster processor and good battery life. Since I'm not eligible for NE2 until the end of July, I will wait to see what is available then.
