you just got a lemon demand a new phone not a refurb i have a Galaxy Nexus and i love it no problems in san diego with 4g.If you must leave i would hold out for a galaxy s 3.

Yeah, in my experience with a buggy Nexus it's been impossible to get a new phone, even when I was well-within the 30-day Holiday Warranty period... Goood luck
