vzw gs3 rooting advice.

Ok so I'm going to admit I'm way out of the loop. I've been trying to read everything about rooting the sch-1535 and everything I've read is all different. I don't know which method is actually up to date, but I'm assuming the Odin program it's the way I'm supposed to go. Now I've installed the correct drivers for my computer but I'm coming up short when it comes to actually going through the process. Is there someone who can point me in a direction for the most recent or reliable way, to root and be happy?
