I called to try and get an extended battery to help with the horrible battery life, she told me there was no need for that, just to download task killer from the market and that would fix battery issues, freezes and make the phone faster plus it would get rid of the stock apps (bloat ware) lmao I told her I already tried running my phone in safe mode to see if it had better battery life without my apps and it didn't, she said it was because of the bloat ware still running in the background lmfao

I called back and spoke to a different person and as soon as I put tb and battery in the same sentence she told me she was sending me an extended battery, I guess some know their stuff and others don't

Yeah I just told her I tried everything which I did and I spoke to techs before about it and she said it was a common problem and a way to fix it was with an extended battery so I told her I needed them to provide me with one so my phone can function like its supposed to and thats it
