Vzw 24 hour assistance

Ok so I have tried every single option in the menu and all keep sending me to that message saying they offer full support during the day. Its 2:30am in los angeles and no super at all I've tried the 24 hour number on google but it just sends me to the 611. A real vzw customer service 24 hour number

When you get to the main menu, hit zero, or say "talk to agent"
If the automated voice asks what your problem is, say technical support or talk to agent.

I've gotten through to one when I needed help with an ESN switch in the middle of the night.
