Volume Toggle

My volume toggle is very loose. If I shake the phone you can actually hear it moving around. If I put my finger on it it moves up and down and side to side. It functions perfectly, but wanted to know if this is normal or a possible issue for a return..

It is an issue, I would have them make note of it or exchange it outright.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is your volume toggle switch like this or is it tight?

Hey both of mine phones are l;ike this as well. Have you taken it back? Is it an issue?

Mine is tight too. I would take it back and swap it out for a new one

I got two phones here right now... one is going back due to random sleep issues that I can't wake it up out of without removing battery. That said, both volumes feel "loose" per se.. they don't make noise if I shake them, but as I rub my finger over them, I can feel both of them somewhat loose... but only a slight bit.

Mine is a LITTLE loose but it doesn't seem like any cause for concern.
