How to adjust sound volume on flash based website

I recently recieved the OTA update and installed flash. I went to a website I knew was flash based. Music on the site was very loud so my first think I tried was to lower the volume using my volume toggle on the side of the phone. All it did was raise and lower me on that page.....it had now effect on the volume. How do I change the volume up and down in this case????

You can disable using the volume rocker to scroll on the web page, and that should let you use it for changing the media volume.. If you want to keep that feature, I don't know how you'd change the volume.
