voicemail

I have been told and tested it, if I do not pick up a phone call and its a missed call instead of going to my voice mail it says the number you have called is not in service.

any idea why this would be happening?

Assuming you paid your bill, I'd call verizon and ask them whats going on.

ya the call still comes through it only gets there if its a missed call rather than going to voicemail.....bill is paid
