Voicemail Issue

Anyone familiar with decreasing the number of rings before voicemail kicks in? I cannot find the answer in the User Manual.

Seems to me that is done at the carrier level, not through phone settings.

At least it is with landline VZ service when I did tech support for them. It may be in the voicemail options when you dial in, like when you want to record a new message or something.

Have you gone through the VM options by calling in to it? That's my best guess.

Get a google voice account, and use it for voicemail. Im almost positive that you can go to the website and set your preferences there.
