V'mails notification

I have a voicemail notification in my notification window at the top of my screen. I've erased all v'mails. It won't disappear. I've done a soft and a hard reset. Still nothing. What do I do? DROID X IN TEXAS

I have the same problem. I received a voicemail last Thursday and deleted it and the icon has been there since then.

I had to do a master reset to go away. Lost almost all my apps!!!!
