Videos not playing on Facebook

My sister has a new Droid 3 and she just text me saying that overy time she goes to play a video on Facebook that was recorded from someone else's phone and posted, it won't play. Any solutions? I told her to update her apps in the market daily like her flash player but that wouldn't effect regular videos. Is it her phones stock media player?

Go to the market and download mx videopayer. And try to open a video in facebook and there's going to be a option to make it the default player. Checkmark it and it should work.
