Check this quick youtube video of the droid and nexus on side by side.... the droid is a little heavier but other than that same size.... plus i like the droid better, the nexus look plasticky and cheap...

agreed...n1 looks a bit plasticy and cheap, but to me it feels better in the hands. it's much lighter and smooth (not squarish). it's almost much thinner when you put it in your pocket, but i love both phones. can't wait for vzw version so i can stop playing with my wife's droid. lol

Not the most exhaustive comparison I've ever seen, but I still like the Droid better, because of the slide-out keyboard. I just wish (among other things) it was even faster and had live wallpapers, like the Nexus One.
