this is just a general discussion for people who have the droid and are looking at the nexus one.

Same here, I don't particularly care for it (or the Eris). I like the look of the Droid.

As to the OP and the home button I think it's an OS thing. I (and many on the forums) have the same thing with my Droid but only occasionally. I know some Eris users report the same. It's only part of the time and, as far as I can tell random.

Tbh if i owned one i would never use the trackball.who needs a trackball if you have a touchscreen ?

I hope they get the bugs fixed about time it is released to verizon. i am not switching I am keeping my droid, but I am hoping the nexus and other android phones have success. Good for development.

Ive seen that the smaller bottom haptic keys on the Nexus are very hard to hit while on the Droid they are very easy.
