The Droid RAZR HD will more than likely not see an official update to Kit Kat 4.4 for a while, maybe even months. In the meantime we do have the development community which has already succeeded in bringing the latest and greatest version of Android to the RAZR HD. The SlimKat rom is a Pure AOSP Kit Kat 4.4 experience Rom for the RAZR HD. In the video above I fully review this rom.
