I use skype when going from my TB to a macbook, but my wife just got the EVO 3D and we now are trying out qik video. Her phone came with it from Sprint pre-loaded. I "tested" in my home through wifi and it seemed ok.

Skype works on the iPhone 4. I have a Tbolt & my wife has the iphone. Video calls work great from one to the other

It's amazing how fast LTE is in my city. After having LTE I will not get a smartphone that only can get the slower networks.
