Mobile to PC video chat?

Hello all,

I'm either going to upgrade my Motorola Droid to a HTC Thunderbolt or Droid Bionic, haven't decided yet.

Is there a program that allows mobile to pc (actually a macbook but whatever) video chat? I read that Skype and Yahoo were both developing programs, have either been completed yet?

Is there a way to Mobile to PC video chat yet?

Yes but I was under the impression that those were mobile-to-mobile only?
