How come Skype mobile doesn't have video chat?

Hey how come Skype mobile doesn't have video chat features? Seems like something I would have expected. Was surprise to not find that feature. Was there a problem in the development?

We couldn't do it from our phones anyway. We would need a front facing camera.

Can we get a third party plug in camera? I am thinking about getting a tab anyway but that is far down the road

Skype is good if you don't have many minutes but unlimited data because it uses data and not min. As far as video, it's a no go
